As crude as the title is, merry Christmas to everyone out there. Have a laugh, get drunk and over all have fun.

Having Xmas dinner with the family then having a good swallow of booze, then most likely recovering tomorrow morning.

Anyone get anything interesting?

For the oldies out there, what alcohol did you get? For me I got a bottle of 18 year old whiskey and a case of Tokyo

Of all the affordable items out there, I could actually use some pants right now and would actually welcome them as gifts. Recently have lost 3 pairs.

I got clothes...and some sort of sickness. I spent a very large portion of the day throwing up while in immense pain.

..and a quilt cover and quilt cover-cover, a trilogy called 'Vikings,' written by Tim Severin, 2 cans of mussels, 4 cans of oysters, 80g of beef jerky, (it was good), almonds, a bobcap and mitted gloves, Starbucks card, Fisherman's Friend lozenges, (these came with the Bobcap and gloves), ... actually, I think that's everything :)

My brother got 2 Keurig coffeee makers; not sure what he's going to do with the other one. Lol Maybe take it to the Ambulance station. Fortunately, my Mom always gets gift reciepts for things like that; unfortunately, she picked it up at Superstore so I'm not sure how good that will be. He already tried the other one, so there's no returning that.

..good coffee though; much like a coffee press. Smile

So my new years hols shall be punctuated by me sitting on the sofa drinking a glass or twenty of wine and reading my books.

Oh and clothes. Although i am happy, my folks sent me some cold weather clothing as it snowed last year and i was not prepared!

I play dust a fair bit on the weekends and i havent seen a bombardment from afar. Been killed by them though i think as i dont think you can call in artillery.

i got a pair of knee high boots, a new pea coat and a bottle of burberry perfume

and a huge tin of ferro rocher chocolates. undoubtedly to ensure i need another new pea coat next year due to not being able to fit in this years one. lol

May, or may not be loaded on Bacardi and coke and beer. Lots and lots of beer and Bacardi. I seem to remember there being lots and lots of food. Too full and drunk to care anymore.

Have the pleasure of working off drunk at work in the morning. Silly evil slave driving company making me work the rest of the week.

Got some good loot from the wife this year.... again.

Surrender is still your slightly less painful option.
