Is hulkagedon (or what how ever its spelt) still being practiced?

I am a 1.0-0.7 miner and i sometimes mine 0.6-0.4's. but i would much appriciate if i can be assured that i do not have to worry about being poped in a high sec area, being high secs are 0.7 and up still. Do i need to worry, mining being dont 2 jumps from jita.

It doesn't have to be a holiday to blow up mining barges.

But, it is less likely to happen when that forsaid holliday is no longer in play. For time being is it active or not? is the question, not does it have to be only during said event. Thank you Lol

EVE kind of is in a permanent hulkageddon.

More and more people just shoot miners cause it's fun to do.

And really, 2 jumps from Jita. That's about the worst spot you can be.

i didnt say what my location was lol, and would you mess with a hulk, that has a mega counterpart chillin with it, fully outfitted with the perfect setup. gives the hulk time to get out, and has the possibility to demolish the wrong doer. Butthanks for the info.

It doesn't matter where you are in high-sec as long as you pay attention to your surroundings you will do fine.

Your ship can be ganked and your pod squished anywhere. The mega won't stop it. Switch to a skiff or procurer to make a gank as hard as possible. Even if someone can't gank the brickbarges they can still be bumped outside the belt.

Thank you, I found that where i am is safe. Well safer than what a few of my friends are at. I will think about Minmatar Citizen160812, the megas about to be dropped and a conveter is going to be picking up his place, except for the guarding part. Thanks all.
