What I've got:
- One or two characters with loads of experience in every aspect of the game.
- A little bit of CST playtime to spread around.

Your corp should have:
- more members than just you and two friends.
- aspirations that can be quantified.
- some kind of home (or prospective home) outside of highsec.
- reasonable structure with defined roles.

A few things I won't be doing:
- responding to anything appearing to be a copy-pasta recruitment ad.
- anything wormhole related.
- giving you my api.
- accepting any role that gives me access to valuable assets.

Holy balls I just posted an huge long reply and it deleted.

I'll give the fast and dirty:

We're a modest (26+ pilot) industry corp with experienced leadership dating back to 2004. We have a large percentage of new pilots (over a month old) that we are training to move into Wormhole space (prospective home outside of hisec). I know this doesn't interest you, but it's only to illustrate our funding / ambition / organizational ability. We are primarily an industrial Empire corp, with intentions to begin working on Incursions in hisec.

We have a handful of Logi pilots (couple T1, one or two T2), a couple Rattlesnakes, a Tengu, Etc. But we have a lot of inexperience in farming Vanguards. We know there's a hardcore way to run them, only taking shield-tanking lasers or gunners. We don't want someone to tell us we can't take our Drake pilot, or our Rattlesnake. We know it isn't optimal, but we also know it isn't impossible.

We are first and foremost an industry corporation, and will use that as our focus with weekly mining ops, production lines, etc. What I'm asking, I suppose, is if you'd be interested in the PvE side of things, or the PvP defense of such assets in wormhole space.

This touches on some things you mentioned in your "wants" list, but we may not be exactly what you're looking or. It's also slightly suspicious to willfully not want to give an API, and ask for corps that intend to soon have permanent low-security operations. I'm just a cautious guy, though, and can overlook that pending a conversation we may have.

There ya go, that's the kind of reply I'm looking for. We'll talk and see where it takes us.
Lack of API may be suspicious, but trust is an interesting factor in this game. All I can say is I don't need money; I'm just here to help. On top of that, any recruiter worth his or her salt can take the time to do my references. If you can't do that, chances are I don't want to work with you to begin with.

you are exactly what i am looking for. though i think i might not be what you want. i am currently a corp of one. I want to get it up to 20 active players mostly newbies. newbies i have found make the best members. you take them in train them and teach them. and they have fun and are very close knit. i have done this before. me and my friend made a corp of 35 all active members highly trained and lethal pvpers. i left after we merged with our old corp and i was pushed out in a power struggle (i demanded to be a co ceo since i was bringing in all this strength) went pirate then started this corp. i went inactive and am now back. i work most of the week so i am very much looking for someone like you with experience to help watch the younguns. i am actively recruiting. i am dedicated to those that join. i am planning on doing mostly missions and mining and occasional faction war. when the time is right i will move them all into low sec and maybe into null if i think they can handle it. moving into null too soon can kill a corp. basically i would like you to be my babysitter for the little ones. and help me a little since i have been gone for a year and am a bit rusty. i hope you would consider my corp we could really use you.

if you did not already find a good home with the other corp, I might be interested in someone to help train the newer members in my corp. We are not a "new" corp but we take new players in and provide a good home that rarely does anyone leave. I'm interested in a "trainer" role for you to help get the new ish pilots on their feet and in the direction they feel best suits their game play. No roles are needed for this and thus none will be given. That also means I don't need an API which we normally require.

What I do need is someone with a WIDE range of training skills. someone to train for how to pilot (not just fly) ships, null mining, PvP, fleet PvE / incursions, ect.
