You removed that black eyeshadow and I believe you were not looking towards the camera before. Good changes in my opinion. It was just too much black and you seemed absent-minded. You seem to be more present now, for the lack of a better word.

That's a good looking character on the average, but there is a few key points that could probably be improved, imo :
First of all, you need to make your picture more interesting. I mean, facing the camera is all right, but there is nothing original about it, plus avatars in EVE don't like to face the camera :p
I would also recommend to take a look at her eyes, they seem a bit wide-opened and my first though was that she seemed a bit mad or something. That's an interesting point however, and you can keep it if you want to dig it.
Take a look at the lighting as well, as it's very common here. You might want to use the light as a whole, not just trying to "deal with it".
Finally, a more personal taste, but I would suggest you to try something else than the red lipstick.

For the moment, 7.5/10.
