Cant Update with new patch.

ok when i try and install the new patch all i get is an error message:

See the logfile 'C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\LauncherLauncher.exe.log' for details.

Now i have 4 accounts that i cannot now use. CCP now has 48 hour from this moment to help me with this problem or i will cancel them. Ive been playing for nearly 4 years. i expect better service than i have received from CCP.

CCP: You have been warned!

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Titans on fire outside "The Alamo" of NOL-M9. I watched massive Super Capital fleets glitter in the dark near the BKG-Q2 gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain...  Time to die.

so you didn't think to forum search the issue? find the thread that was made about 30 mins after the problem first arose, and used the solution i, and several others, posted in there?

Have the same problem, found out that launching "\Eve Online\bin\ExeFile.exe" does the trick for now...

Please run the EvE client Repair Tool, this will install any missing files. It can normally be found the root of your EvE installation folder. A step by step guide on how to use it can be found here. On the bottom of that guide you will also find a direct download link for the Repair Tool in the case you don't have it the root of your (incomplete) EvE installation folder.

If you still have any trouble with your EvE install after running the repair tool, please feel free to post in this thread again
