Dual Boxing?

I'm interested in starting Dual Boxing for missions. Right now I use a Navy Domi and my other character will probably use a Drake. My question is what skills do I need to become successful at dual boxing. Right now the ship skills on both characters are strong(mostly lvl 5 and some lvl 4). What fleet skills enhance each player? What strategy is used to quickly go through the mission?

Leadership skills are Charisma based, and don't increase dps. They slightly increase buffer, agility, etc. The extra buffer also only affect your ships, not drones. Not much use for mission grinding, or with only 2 ppl.

Focus on ship skills first.

Assist domi sentries on drake. Watch aggro.
