Character Bazaar

Hi, new owner here, you're not having it, no rules were broken. The only rules on the bazaar are no lying about things like implants, jump clones and unallocated SP and no outright scamming by taking the isk and not sending the character. You can say anything else you like and do anything else you like as long as everyone ends up with as much isk as they started with or the character for the agreed price.

He negotiated with multiple people independently, as is his prerogative to do as either may back out, and transferred it to the first one to send him isk and details. Even had we both sent him isk and details he could have refunded one of us and sent to the other or even made us bid against each other despite previously having agreed upon a price without breaking any rules.
