Hello lads,

There's a bug with the killright system. Here's how to recreate it:

1. Find pilot with available killright. Killright shows up in the selected item overview with Cost and a button to activate.

2. Clicking the button pulls up the message "The killright is no longer available" and doesn't give the player a suspect status.

I believe the above to be bug as the Killright showed up for 5 members in my fleet at various times. We alternatively tried to activate it without luck. This is a recurring issue I've seen while actively hunting for killrights.

An additional issue with Killrights is that despite having the correct overview settings, only very rarely does a person with an available killright show up on the overlay. It'd be great if we could get the overlay fixed along with the above bug to make Retribution more effective.
