Don't touch it! It's the History Eraser button, you fool!

*How can he possibly resist the maddening urge to erradicate history at the mere push of a single button? The beautiful, shiny button? The jolly, candy-like button? Will he hold out, folks? Can he hold out? *

I thought the *sneaks in a classic* was a reference to the Warp Drive Active comics, which started around 2003.

The problem with defending the purity of the English language is that English is about as pure as a cribhouse [lady of commercial virtue]. We don't just borrow words; on occasion, English has pursued other languages down alleyways to beat them unconscious and rifle their pockets for new vocabulary.- James Nicoll

Painting your own ship requires the paint scheme to be uploaded to everyone else in the system. The shinier the 'paint your own ship' system is, the more lag it creates when you jump into the system. At a minimum, it'd impact large fleet fights and possibly even mid-sized fleet fights.

More paint = more lag. More lag = more bad. Therefore More Paint = More Bad.

If paint schemes were limited to one of 63,000 possible combintations then that would be 2 bytes per ship, not a huge load on the system. Even that could be curtailed when TiDi is active. It could be done.

THE DOOR

I seriously expected the impossible to build BP instead of the actual item to be given. This somehow seems backwards and ruins the joke since it doesn't work.

Giving the item rather than the BPO was a mistake. CCP Foxfour owned up to it. They may get all swapped out, but I'm not sure what they will do with the ones that have been reprocessed to get Villard wheels.

What is it's purpose? Honestly I want to press it badly but it just sits in my item hanger laughing at me. Why must you torment me CCP?! WHY! All I want to do is press that big red button! WHHHHYYYYYYYYY!!!!???

Ok I was just doing that for dramatics. The Imicus looks pretty cool with a different paint scheme which brings me to another subject. When can we paint our own ship? That would be a radical thing for the game. Paint your own ship would be a great addition to this epic game.

Back to the main subject. A....Big....Red...Button.....you are torturing me!

Future iteration of the "Captain's Quarters" will replace the now defunct "Key Pass" reader with a "Big Red Button".

Method of Use:

1) Stand directly in front of the door.

2) Take a deep breath, and pucker sphincter.

3) With the finger of your choice, gently depress "Big Red Button" until a slight click occurs.

4) Experience the mysteries and wonders of deep space as you are sucked out into the vacuum, to be laughed at and ridiculed in Local by nearby pilots.

5) Find new meaning and purpose in "life" being used as ammuntion in a "Corpse Launcher".
