I like the Angel region, cause the NPC arent dampening to death. Having a "Blockade" with Serpentis will drive you nuts.
Guristas where the same, and Blood Raiders use power drainers.
If its worth maximizing the isk I dont know. Havent written excel sheets about that. But its definately more enjoyable.

From reading this thread seems to be best earner is using a carrier running sentries. Is that still viable with the rats now targeting drones? I suppose you can target all sentries and use the carrier like a logi while the drones do the dps.

I'm thinking of running 3 accounts, is it possible to use 3 carriers? One issue I'm thinking about is carriers take a long time to get out if there's reds in system. And is it doable to rep all the drones when running 3 carriers? Or am I better off using 3 BS like nightmare or mach?

I've done and seen other do the 3 carrier thing. It's a lot of micro-management ANd a lot of danger (if you use sentries you are not aligned to get out) for not the best return.

When I triple box, it's a DPS ship (mach, nightmare or Vindi depending on the space) with 2 other ships in support. Usually 2 FoF missile Tengus,

or

FoFTengu + FoF Navy Raven (this set up is more comfortable, the Ravens cruise missile launchers cycle so slow I don't have to tab over to restart the missiles so much)

Or more recently

FoF Tengu (or FoF navy Raven) and Sentry/FoF missile Rattlesnake. Assign sentries to assist dps ship = blap blap blap isk, the FoF missiles from the snake are just a bonus.

I started with the FoF missiles because controlling 2-3 ships at one was tedious to me, with the FoFs all I do is set the ship to follow the DPS ship, start firing the FoF missiles and forget about it for 4.5 minutes till it needs to reload lol. since FoF missiles shoot at the closest target, the FoF missile ship is acting as point defense for the dps ship.

I've had people try to gank me in anoms only to get eaten by the Tengu lol.

In Gurista Space with Vindi/tengu/tengu I was making 200+ mil an hour.

Another good dualbox set up is two machs, 1 arty fit, 1 autocannon fit. Blap the target once with arty mach, then chew it up with the A/C mach, every battleship dies in 12 seconds or less :) .

I used to use a sentry carrier and a 1400mm arty fit maelstrom. Carrier keeps maelstrom alive and maelstrom was double web fit so I could more quickly warp carrier out in case of danger. I was doing 30-40mil ticks in angel space this way.

140-160 mil an hour range, had less than perfect skills when I was doing that though.

You can't view anom ratting duos as equals, an arty mach by it self won't make as much isk as an autocannom mach, and because of warps between sites and sublte differences in spawns (not every spawn is the same), 2 800mm machs won't make 240 mil an hour even if one mach could make 120 mil an hour solo.

it's better to say the one A/C mach can make 120 mil an hour and the 2nd arty mach can speed that up by another 40-50 mil. Again, this was with less than perfect skills and implants back then.

The advantage is a super large increase in isk per hour, its an increase in anoms done per hour, and every anom completed is a chance for an escalation or faction spawn.
