Able to fly Tengu,

good missile and engineer skills,T2 Heavy missile. Training tengu subsystems now.
Perfect for Calidari starter.

Character has almost no history. So, no kill right.

Attributes sets to Int and Perception, The remap will be available on 01/03/2013.

It's already very low. I won't settle down at a price lower than 2.5B. The last buyer kept me waiting for 6 hours (literally 6 hours online). I refused other buyer's offer during the time. In the end, he just told me he wasn't interested anymore.
