Clarification on Prize Payment

We've received some petitions asking for clarification on how we will be paying out the cash prizes to the top 3 teams.

I just wanted to post to clear up any confusion.

We will be splitting the cash prize among the players, not the characters, on the winning teams and will be delivering the prize shares directly to each individual. While a player might have several more character alts in a team than the other members, they will still receive an equal share to their teammates. We feel that this is the fairest way to effectively split the prize money and we wish the very best to all our teams as they strive to be victorious.

Edit: I assume this is going to be done through paypal?

Also, I assume that each character in the teams will receive their own "Tournament Trading Card" ingame, that is like gold plated or something :P

Dear CCP,
I was just wondering ....as the tournament finished on 2nd of December ....and we have already recieved PLEX prices...i was wondering when are we going to actually recieve the rest of the prices?
As u can see the prices are published here : http://community.eveonline.com/en/tournament/tournament-info/prizes
The ingame medail already exist in the game however non of us have recieved it yet.
Not sure how it is going to work with the T-Shirts...will the adress in our profiles be enough ?
Or you will wanna us to write you the current adress ?
But off course the main price which are the money.
I didnt hoped to see them before chrismass , as i am realistic, but recieving them before chrismass would be awesome.
How is it going to be payed ? Is it going to be bank transfer or paypal or any other method ?
Do you need some aditional information from us or the captain?
Did you already contacted captains ?
If not when are you going to do it ?

You should hopefully be receiving all your medals tomorrow. I will also be sending out a mail to all captains and team members in the near future regarding the in-game shirts and the prize money itself. We appreciate your patience in the matter, we are trying to be very precise with how we hand out the cash. Tax laws in different countries can be rather difficult to navigate.
