Did CCP put the Incarna people on gift duty this year? Snowballs is something I would get in WOW when I played it in 2006.

Thanks for the pixels, sad to see you understand why your customer base play this game.

I think everyone would have been happier with 5-10 hulls of the new Battlecruisers so they could go out and blow them up.

Cant wait to see what the 20 year Anniversary gift is going to be like!

Do people seriously not understand light-hearted jokes? Honestly, get over yourselves. Did you all think you were entitled to getting Carriers in your gift box?

Even if you did all get Carriers you'd then go and make threads complaining about the price-drop in Carriers. Or you'd call for their nerfing, or complain in some other equally childish fashion.

I happen to *love* these presents. They're hilarious, and show a sense of good-natured banter between player and company that is rarely found these days.

This isn't an anniversary gift.

They are not going to give away items (like BC's) that would do damage to the EvE economy or player industrial base.

Snowballs were included due to popular demand.

If you don't understand the humor behind most of these items (and the value some will have for collectors, and if you are halfway intelligent to you as well) then ask people who have been in the game longer than yourself.

Guys complaining are those who never go to the forums and actually get whats happening in eve. They only have their tiny world of missionrunning and beltbusting.

I see the humor in them, but they are pretty useless gifts.

I give gifts each year to thank customers for their patronage, since its their choice to work with my company.

Personally these gifts are a weak way to thank its subscriber base.

The gifts are ultimately useless but amusing - like so many xmas gifts are in RL. I shall carry my unit of lag on all roams in the hope that it may guard against the real thing Smile

I love these. I already have a hangar full of fluff (exotic dancers, x-rated holoreels, spirits, various "how to" data chips, some boosters), and I'm probably going to buy more stuff from the contracts. Because, hey, what else can I do with my ISK?

I petitioned for a Christmas remap like I got last year. Was planning on remapping away from cha/will mapping I setup in September.....Yeah, no remap given yet. Would never have mapped this way if I knew I wasnt going to get another remap gift like last year =(

I also dont give a rats behind about these "collectables", even the scanning ship tbh. Ill give it all back for a remap P And yes, I understand the humor behind all these items, but I dont care...I just wanted a remap =(

This is pathetic, people are complaining that their FREE gifts aren't good enough. We were given a few functional novelties and then some funny joke items to go with them. Seriously, grow the hell up.

Who cares if they were free, they are useless; doing nothing but sitting in my cargo hangar? I already have the t2 scanning ship, no reason to use the t1 version, ever.

I want functional gifts. Perhaps something like they did last year when giving you the option of item packs like fuel block blueprints, ammo, ships, skillbooks, ect. This years gifts suck and CCP should feel bad.
