M-Spec Industrial Resources LTD (MTLS: 327,000) is pleased to announce that it has reached a new milestone with the issuance of its 1,000,000th share of stock. In conjunction with this event, the Board of Directors has elected to implement a quarterly dividend of 10,000 ISK per share. The first dividend will be payable Sunday, December 23 to shareholders of record Thursday, December 20.

M-Spec, established in 2009, invests in a broad range of industrial materials with the objective of long-term capital appreciation. M-Spec has enjoyed steady growth in share ownership and share value, delivering an inception-to-date total monthly return of 3.2% to its shareholders. Assets under management currently total 327 billion ISK.
