Suddenly Ninjas - Beware of ransoms

I can confirm that suddenly ninjas DOES NOT honor ransoms. Krig Povelli decided to play games instead. PvP against someone running a mission is not real pvp. Anyone can take down a mission fitted ship in a properly fitted PvP ship...skill? no.. They will even place a bounty on you after they destroy your ship.

Channel MOTD Clearly states that ransoms will be honored. They are not. Yes I know you can't trust anyone, but it's getting to the point in this game where it's difficult for people to mine in lowsec because of pvp, so what to do? Oh I'll try to run a mission, and can't even do that either. WTH is going on, it's getting so you can't play a game you pay GOOD MONEY to play.

The only one in this thread saying ninjas lay claim to "real HE MAN pvp skills" is you. It is hilarious though when those "wannabe pvp ships which are actually not" explode in a shower of hot metal and scrap followed by the all too predictable Carebear Rage in local. first off your the fool to open fire on a ninja sal without thinking it out 2nd i have kill 2 Sunddenly Ninjas before "on diffient account" its foolish to fire on someone and not think they have back up your fault.

First time was back in 09 on my main in Dodixe there ceo at the time and then last year a sleipnir did it to a corp mate and so i warp in my mach and another corp mate warp in a cynbal and we ganked his ass.

Never fire on a ninja sal more then likey they will have back up comeing.

But on the other hand when your the one with backup on the way turning the tied on Sunddnly ninjas is really funny when you blowup a 500mil commd ship.

If you claim that you personally, or your corp honors ransoms, you then should honor ransoms. However, this doesn't mean in anyway that you have to honor ransoms. There is also nothing in the game, nor EULA that states that you must honor ransoms. Again, however, you are putting yourself at risk if/when the time comes for another potential ransom target. They will be more inclined to not abide to the ransom.

I have nothing against the corp in question, I like them actually. Anything/one that terrorizes in this game is cool with me. I have nothing against the OP, just stating: You're taking a chance when you agree to pay money for a ransom. Just because someone says they honor ransoms, doesn't mean that they actually do; you're still taking a chance. Personally I look at it as a service, so eventually when I ransom targets, I want them to know that I keep that promise, because I don't want to ..lose customers.

You ain't a victim if you opened fire on someone, even if they where flagged for it.

You shoot at someone and they can defend themselves, so you should be thankful for the lesson of NOT FIRING ON PEOPLE WHILE IN A PVE SHIP!

They said they would honour ransoms?

If I said I would double what ever ISK you sent me, would you send me any?

Play EvE how you want to play it and do not let others dictate how you play. Evolve your playstyle to protect yourself from others! Even in "PVE", "PVP" is there, lurking in the shadows.
