Should you be able to put bounty on yourself ?

R-clik on you while in a random chat or something, choose bounty, place bounty


There..you are now a wanted man ....

Yes.

The real effect of a bounty as such, particularly without a killright involved, is not to motivate people to kill the character who has a bounty on them. It's to improve the lives of those who would go and kill your enemy anyway.

If you want to make it easier for your enemies to kill you because you're too arrogant for your own good, that's exclusively your own business. :)

You could do it with an alt anyway, so why not just remove the middleman?

You can already do this. I placed a 100k ISK bounty on myself and when I lost a ship I got a notification telling me the bounty I placed had been claimed

If you are in a fleet and a fleet member kills you, you get part of your own bounty.

Now what happens if you got a bounty, form a fleet of one, just yourself, then kill yourself with a bomb?
