CVA- Provibloc is kinda like the southern IRC. Kinda cute in their ineptitude and always a decent hunting ground. I don't think anyone would seriously want to extinguish CVA.

As far as -A- goes, they are not aging well at all. They still cling to old ways of master/pet relationships and have pretty much alienated almost every ally they had. Their leadership is pretty bad and unable to turn the ship around, they do not recognize or admit to any mistakes ever and still believe themselves to be elite/better than the rest of 0.0

They comfort themselves with past resurrections and hope to rise from the dead yet again

Provi also has 60 ******* stations, which is like 3 normal regions. All to grind out an irrelevant coalition from worthless space.
