Currently remapped perception/willpower

Bid increments 100 mil.
Reserve 2.0 billion.
Buyout: 2.5 bil.

All CCP rules will apply, I will pay transfer fee, etc...
I reserve the right to end or cancel auction for acceptable buyout offer or reserve not being met at end of auction.
