Unscheduled Tranquility downtime on December 18

At 16:08 UTC on December 18 we have noticed a node death on our Tranquility server and therefore rebooted Tranquility.

We expect our servers to be back online again at 16:30 UTC and apologize for any inconvenience in the meanwhile.

Update at 16:33 UTC
Tranquility was successfully restarted and accepts connections again since 16:30 UTC. Big thanks to our devs who swiftly fixed the problem!

yey, just what i wanted to happen... actually no, i didin't want that to happen. I'm wondering if this is going to happen again because this happened a few days ago right after regular downtime...

That is awesome in how fast CCP is in responding to server issues. im really impressed on their response time. in most online games its not till the next day that their servers are back online! so way to go CCP for quick fixes!
