Is it feasible to use a Harpy properly tanked to rat in a C1/C2? I ask because i am interested in getting in there and making some isk by farming the sleepers and doing some of the sites ive found. I can fly a Tengu but dont have the isk (or the interest in risking it) to buy one right now and find a Drake is damn slow at killing the sleepers.

Thoughts?

Looked up...saw this F***ING clown dropping like a rock.  Woke up in Vylade wondering what just happened!!!

You realize that even in the best of scenarios, the harpy does less dps than a drake?

Not when your passive tanking it (and dont have maxed out missle skills), but then again it is close enough to be a moot point. Good call on that

AFAIK C1 and C2 can be done in battlecruisers. There are plently of fits for things like Harbinger on teh webz.

Future of T3 cruisers - multi-tool they aspired to be instead of sledgehammer they have become

It's possible. Not even that hard, it's just no better than a Battlecruiser. On the other hand you're hard enough to catch that you can generally not be too worried about dying.

I did C2 anoms in a dual ASB Hawk for a while (or it was ASB with a small shield booster ... i forgot) ....
IT is possible.... but.. slow.
Killing BSs with a hawk takes some time which means the risk to get ganked grows.

A fitted T2 assault frig is just 50% of a T2 fitted drake but drake will kill sleepers more than 2x faster.

TL/DR Hawk works.
With a small drawback. If you fly in one of those sites with towers, make sure you move as soon as you land other way you will get a nice welcome alpha :)

In the past (over one year ago) I have made good experiences with a passive shield tanked AB Wolf and C1 and C2 wormholes. Since the assault frigates have been changed/buffed in the meantime other assault frigates might be more useful today.

Assault frigates will definatelly not shine with regards to the ISK/h ratio. But they definatelly shine with regards to the fun/ISK ratio... do the best out of it.
