C5 and nullsec static

7 out of 8 planets have POCOs on them (also bundled in the sale)

PI is solid, should have what you need to make fuel (with the obvious exception of ice, which can be harvested from the nulls), can get a more specific list of planets if needed. Several characters running a decent PI setup will *easily* pay for fuel blocks if you're just shipping them in.
