So how do they work? Do you have to plex/ pay for them all? Or do you get those other (I believe) 2 for free?

1 plex per account it doesn't matter if you have 1 or 3 chars
Also only 1 char can learn skills at a time

You pay monthly bill for every account you have.

Each account has 3 character slots.
You may train only one character at a time per account
You can only be logged into the account with one instance at a time.

Yah power of 2 requires you to set up a second account... it's not another char on the same account.

This would be nice.

Even if it was with a .5x training multiplier - still worth it :)
