I don't know if this is the right area for this, but I went to sell some veldspar I had, priced at around 45mill, and when I sold it and several other ores, I went from 85 mill to 96 mill. I checked my sales logs and it says i only sold around 92K ore. Well I just want to know what happened to the rest of it?

"Priced at 45 mil" -> you checked the BUY orders ? or you just moused over the stack and the tooltip said 45 mils


My gut says you r-cliked the ore and selected "sell", it went then to the highest BUYER that had a BUY order in range.


SO is like this:

10.000 ore units, appraised at 45 mils based on avg SELL orders for the region.
player x wants 5.000 units and is willing to get them at 10 mil isk for the lot (he has a BUY order up)
player z wants the rest 5.000 units and is willing to pay 8 mil isk for the lot (he has another BUY order up)
you r-clik sell, and you get 10+8 = 18 mil isk *\o/*


if you want to get the full 45 mil isk, you will have to put up a SELL order, and specify your cost. Of course, you have to wait x amount of time for OTHER people to consider your SELL order worthwhile and BUY your ore.

All of the ore was priced about 5% above regional average, about 16.45. The 45Mill was supposed to be a rough estimate of how much ore I actually had. My real concern is that I'm missing a huge chunk of ore. I also checked my sales log, again I will tell you this cause i guess you didn't read it, and I never sold all of my ore. It's missing out of my inventory.

Never mind, I guess the system was just slow to catching up because I just now received the trasaction update and got my money.
