[REBALANCE!] Pirate / Navy

after the swath of "rebalances" to t1 frigs dessys and cruisers i feel that pirate frigs (not all ) and pirate cruisers (not all)
and most definatly most all navy frigs and cruisers have been left behind or are not the effective yet expencive choise any more compaired to t1/2

T2 allso need to b fixed in some case the t1s are very close in stats now and t2 should in turn be better for the cost of them as well.

God only knows when ccp will get to t2 ships but as they sit right now there not worth the cost.

you do have a point. vexor vs ishtar their dps is nearly completly the same at over 9 HUNDREDs.

maybe t2 also do need a looksee.

My guess is that its going to be a while for navy and pirate rebalancing. There is still BCs, BSs and capitals in the T1 run so that's easily taking us to late summer 2013. I would guess that T2 will be after that, so there's another year... So your faction investment should pay off in about 2 years by my guess.

well looking at the market data they are only rasieing slowly but shurely and then when rebalance news and release comes the prices will go stupid high.

They were saying that T1 BS's were mostly ok and only in need of a slight rebalance. So at the rate they were going with this last batch, they may group several classes together in another rebalancing sweep by next spring/summer.

most are but not all.. minmatar.. yeah theya re ok.. amarr.. seems ok too.. but now.. gallente and caldari.. as for pve side.. no one that i know would really touch mega or hyper for pve hyper sucks for pvp too gal pve = domi gal pvp = mega.

now.. caldari.. the scorpion blows.. when compaired to the other tier 1 BSs it blows more C**k then paris hilton..
raven.. hmm comparable to the mega in some respects like dual neuting torp throwing pvp. its good in pve too.

now the ROKH.. we all love it yet hate it.. its a pain to fit.. and near impossabel to fit for pve unless perfect skilled and/or stupidly rich. most all rokh builds HAVE to have a cap booster.. rokh needs something like a -% energy use on the guns per level or something.. or give it ability to fit up to 8 launchers too! it IS a tier 3 BS afterall or maybe 6 with damage bonus? SOMEthing.. jesus.. every one wishes they could fly the rokh but wishes it didnt suck soo much >.<
