I have filed a petion with CCP to get my isk back. You agreed to transfer the character and have not done so.

Please confirm the account as per my evemail.

I have honored this transaction, I have tried 4 times to transfer this toon in the past 36 hours, each time receiving the following message.

"Target user has too many characters"

This is obviously a problem at your end.

I will counter petition if this transaction fails to complete as agreed, the problem remains at your end and you should petition for that prior to blaming me for failing to transfer the toon as I agreed to.

I have been trying vigilantly to complete this transfer, I even unredeemed two plex because I got sick of typing out my credit card details each time.
I did try about an hour before DT and it still reported too many characters on target account... but I just tried again a few mins ago now and the transfer was successful.

You have chosen to transfer the character Nathanyl to the account named PROTECTED.

Transfer recieved of character. It was my stupidity that caused the delay...humble apologies to the former owner. please enjoy the isk and thank you for the sale. Cheers
