I'm in the market for a focused subcap PVP character that is multi-racial. I have no preference as far as which races.

What I want:
Arrow No unneeded SP in industry/science/social
Arrow Preferably positive sec status - though post negative sec too, it just might reflect in my offer.
ArrowThe more specialized SP in gunnery/spaceship command etc the better. I want to see a lot of yellow in your skillsheet :)

My budget is 16b. If it's on these forums, I've already seen it and either I don't like it or the price isn't right. Post in this thread especially if you DONT have a post up already.
