I think its more then just a couple people being able to afford, isk is easy to come by if you try. The issue is the initial bid, if you lay out the average sell value per isk on most characters sold on the forum you find that most sell around 333 per 1m SP, so this character historically should go for around 50-60b isk.

But I do admire you ambition to get the best price possible, sense its SP is so high you can scalp the market for a better profit.

the isk/m SP only works to a certain point. When you get over a certain amount of SP the characters become more rare to come across on the market, and hence the price per SP changes dramaticly, there is no guideline for high end char expect what is avaiable on the market at the given time, and what buyers are willing to pay to get a rare toon.

I doubt the seller will ever get his 120b because what most people seem to forgot is that is not just how many SP a toon has but how they have been spend and this toon is useless for PVP and only PVP toons if skilled perfectly go for ridiculous amounts of isk. Because lets face it nobody pays 120b for a toon that can do abit of all (science / production / mining / pve / pvp) when you can have all of these on separate toons much better trained for same price if not cheaper..

I am not meaning to troll or detract in any way, but what exactly is so miraculous about your fleet bonus?
It looks the same as everyone elses to me.
