The order of actions is following:
1. after the payment you need to notify me (to email) about that fact and write me the name of your pilot, who will receive the bonus. Write me the message in game, so I will know the exact name of your pilot and will avoid payment to 3rd person (due to misprint, for example).
2. I check , if I received the bonus from CCP. If everything is OK, I pay you your part during the week (usually less)

Note, that If you paid after 21th day, the bonus is not granted.

Myself and my fiance signed up using his service, i had e-mailed him our names and also had both characters ingame mail him. I have not received a response yet, but it has only been about 24 hours. The reason i am posting this is because as of right now, the 5M agreement (for each player) has not yet been honored.

Edit: I received a forum mail from him explaining the situation, he seems like a very sincere person, and again; i am not saying that i would not recommend his offer. He stated that he would compensate me for the inconvenience, and to me that means that he is a very honest person(once able to log on).

This happened to me through his service, I am relatively sure that i used his invite link from his forum post. I am not showing up for him as he has stated. He has still sent me starter isk, he is a very trust worthy individual, he is even letting me keep the isk. I also want to say that he has done this for myself and my fiance, so that is x2 the trouble.

Again, Giuseppe is a great guy and I feel awful about the situation. I would really like to find out who the buddy invite was through, because even though i am almost 100% positive i used his link, it is not showing up on his end.

I have also opened a petition to gain more insight on this situation, and have the issue solved.
