-Closed This was my first offering; I was unsuccessful in attracting investors.

--My Business--

I am a character trader, and have been trading characters actively for the past five months now.

--Why I am seeking an investment--

As with my previous bond, I am seeking additional isk to exploit any opportunities that may arise in the character bazaar. Over the last four months I have found that having about 20b isk on hand is ideal for the way I operate. 12b isk, combined with my current liquid isk would put me right where I want to be.

In addition to character trading, I plan on once again entering into station/regional trading, as I will have more time to devote to eve during the holiday season.





--Assets--

- 6.4b isk on hand

- Various t1, t2, t3 and faction ships; as well as a small stock of t1, t2, faction and DED modules. Estimated value: 7.2b isk

- One character with an estimated value of 14b isk.

- One character with an estimated value of 9b isk.

- One character with an estimated value of 9.5b isk.

--Liabilities--

- I owe no isk or assets informally

- I have no outstanding debt obligations here on MD

--Risks--

- From the investor perspective, there is the possibility that I will run with the isk. I could swear up and down that this isn't going to happen, but as this is an uncollateralized bond, the risk is there in the eyes of investors.

- There is a possibility that I loose all my isk; barring a catastrophic meltdown of the character market, this is nearly impossible however.

- There is the possibility that I die unexpectedly.





--Legacy Investors--

Legacy investors are investors of my previous offerings who have indicated that they would like to continue investing in my bonds. Legacy investors are granted a reserve period of 48 hours to decide if they would like to invest an amount equal to their last investment in my current offering. After the 48 hour period any reserved amounts will be offered to the general public, if not filled by the legacy investor.

--Initial Investment Period--

- Please invest in increments of 100 million isk. Other than that, there is no minimum or maximum limit on the size of an investment.

- The bond officially starts on the day I request that investors send funds.

- The interest rate of 7% will be paid every month on the start date of the bond, for as long as I hold the funds.

- All investors are guaranteed at least one months interest

--Cash Outs--

- If at any time you would like your initial investment returned to you, all you need to do is inform me. Your isk will be returned within 14 days (I request 14 days due to the nature of my business, however I will make every effort to cash you out as soon as possible)

- To keep things simple, interest will not be prorated in the event of a cash out.

--Expansion/Contraction/Termination--

- I may decide at some point to expand the bond; if this occurs all current investors will be notified at least 48 hours ahead of time.

- There may also come a time when I would like to shrink the size of the bond; if this happens, the policy will be "last in, first out", that is, the investors who have most recently invested in my bond will be the first to be cashed out.

- Finally, I may decide to end the bond at any time and cash all investors out (following all the guidelines laid out in this document)

It took more time to write the OP than it did to get the bond filled.

12b isk received from Blueprint Seller.

This bond is now filled.

He will receive his first months interest payment of 840 million isk on January the 16th, as well as a short report.
