Pirate Faction standing repair plan ?

Ok so I spent a while in highsec keeping all my empire standings above -2.0 . Woah reality check the game for me has become alot more interesting in 0.0
So I am -6.6 to all the pirate faction WTF do I do?
Is there anyway to hand in tags to the pirates ?
I understand there is consequenses for my actions, I just need to realize the reprecussions , is the only way I can recover is to do lvl 1 missions until I rack up enough Lvl 1 storylines to push me to -2.0 ?

I was in similar position not very long ago. all my minmatar missioning had angels looking at me thru -9.6 glasses. Now my angel faction standings is 5.5 ... and minmatar a little below that.

All the pirate factions have normal agents, and some have cosmos agents. Angels and Guristas also have great lvl3 epic arcs .... >30% faction standings boost each time you run them.

Pirate epic arc and cosmos missions are the only way besides story line mission I'm pretty sure.

Pirate epic arcs you can start with some empire agents so it is no problem to have bad standings.

Since there is only gurista and angel epic arcs, if you want sansha standing it isn't helpful? I'm not sure about that, perhaps they give a bit of standings for the other pirate factions also.

During the Amarr Epic Arc there's a point where you can choose to betray the empire and work for Sanshas.
In the end you get a Sansha faction standing boost (12.5% in my case)
