Can;t install eve!!!!

I have tried updating to retribution and it didn't works. Steps I've tried so far:

1. Update via launcher => Corrupted something

2. Download that installer with the 2 archives => error archive extraction failed 3

3. all the thing in this forum thread: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=98270

4. all of the things from the installing issues support page

5. new fresh install of eve

6. format HDD and re install eve

I am out if ideas please help, each time I try to install eve, no matter how I get the same " archive extraction failed 3" error message. I made a petition but no one answered it. I am very upset with the service CCP is providing me.

I have found a somewhat temporarily solution. Download eve repair tool, run it in the folder where you want to install eve. If the install completes with no errors it's ok, BUT if you do get the repair app non responsive, wait for a few minutes until it "restarts" the app by itself. At the end of installation you will get an error, ignore it. Close the repair tool and open at least once eve.exe. Search for Eve trinity and run it, that is now your launcher (most probably somewhere on the drive where you have windows installed). Let it do it's magic and you can play until the next patch update. At the next update if it doesn't work anymore, delete the game and repeat the process.

I've been having the same issue. I've downloaded this multiple times and it keeps failing.

Kinda sad that it takes another customer to provide a work around for CCP's failures.
