I know there has been much debate about the drake being a better ship than the raven. Is that still the case now, in both pve and pvp?

Better.... for what? For PVP? Probably, yeah. For PVE? Probably not.

You know ... A hookbill is better for pvp then a raven and worse for pve.

But does the statement actually give you something usable ?



What Im saying is ... eve is pretty complicated game.

Raven, the raven (and other BS class ships) are best for anything and everything in the game. In fact anything below the raven like frigates, cruisers, BC’s etc should be removed from game as they are totally redundant.
