[WTB] Good Boosting Pilot [Pilot already Purchased!]

I am already considering several pilots already but thought I'd make this post to see if there were any I had missed.

I am looking for a boosting pilot:

- minimum level 4-5 for all warfare Spec. skills
- minimum one racial Cruiser level 5 (the more the better)
- Level 4-5 Wing and Fleet Command is a bonus
- T3 Capability is a nice bonus
- Battle Cruisers 5 is preferred
-Command Ships 5 is a bonus
-Support, tank, and gunnery/missile skills is preferred
- Good core skills is preferred
- Scanning skills is also a bonus

I have a 10-21 b budget for this. THAT DOES NOT MEAN I WILL BE PAYING THIS MUCH! Offers will be based off the toons capabilities and implants etc. as well as how much extra training is necessary for it to do its role properly.

I am looking for at minimum 25+ mill SP no 15-20 mill SP requests please!
