I can only presume the forums and EvE gate

So

  • Make the moderation make sense
  • Have your staff and volunteers trained in customer service
  • Stop threatening customers
  • Make the petition system for the forums not go to the people the complaints are about.


Your player base is this games major asset, without it nothing else matters. Some top notch customer service would probably help with player retention rates as well.

Any spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors are because frankly, I don't care!!

easy to find download client link. i dont know why ccp makes it hard to find the manual instal/update files on the wsite. some of us with 3 pcs dont want to choke our connection on patchdays.

Turn the weird updates and corp chatter on evegate into logs of the actual corp channel

make eve gate not terrible on mobiles like it is now.

Split in-character news and dev news into two separate pages instead of the current silly two-column setup, they don't belong together at all. Make the former more prominent and actually feel like a real news site, post more stuff about what's happening to players in there.

Also restructure the templates so generated system/item data follows, not precedes user-entered data.

One thing I would like to see is a label below a persons name like hi-sec. lo-sc, WH ect..

A simple thing that daily scans all players accounts notes the locations of the main and any alts and gives a read out

For example 1 in Null, 2 in hi-sec= Hi-sec

1 in Null, 1 in lo and one in high = location of highest SP character

ect...

This way we can guage someones relevance when they are going on about a particular area as to whether we should believe them. we allready have this for FW where you can see if someone is part of a militia corp or NPC corp.

I'd like to see some general work done on the site. There's a lot of weird archival stuff linking back to the old website with the side bar, that makes navigation really tricky as soon as you get off the main page. It'd be good to see that old stuff get brought up to date.

Yes I just bet you would like to make it even easier to label people so you dismiss their opinions with more facility.
