Question for CCP: Petition useless?

I don't know where to put that but petition system seams useless to me, i wrote three petitions in whole my game time, and every time i need to wait for some contact at last 2+ weeks , so that system is useless in that meaning, time is money.
The real question is what u think to do with that? In my opinion it is time to acquire some new crew who will participate in communication with active players because like I said time is money and waiting 2-3 weeks for further "technician" questions (mostly stupid because in every petition I wrote all information I could give, and questions was answered by them self when is decided at last to check server logs, read laziness).

i myself filled a few petitions and the usual response time is around 2-5 days (closer to 2 now)

I wrote only three petition, till my whole game play time, maybe I need to start wrote more so then they will take me serious.

First petition, response time 6 days
Second petition, response time 9 days
Third petition, 7 days and not responded

So I am not luckyy like you. Maybe they give me some 30-day game card for free for waiting.
