Buy a starter ship for 10k. Fixed.

I even fitted a passive targeter on my Burst for da' ninja snowballing.

I know for a fact that the Velator and the Ibis have hardpoints... don't know about the other rookie ships, though. Why do you need a fancy ship for the festival launcher when you can get a free one, though, or a really cheap one anyway?

That's right! The Velator DOES have a Launcher hardpoint. Live and learn. I didn't think any Gallentian ship (that I have) could sport a missle launcher ... since they were removed from the Tristan. I'll have to rummage around and see if I have one stashed somewhere.
Still, a Velator, kinda spoils some of the fun.

"Block" pigs. Refuse to fly with them.

i used yesterdaay a Eos with gang-links and some special fits in high and had 1 slot free but you cant fit an launcher on the gallentean ships. I remember in other years you can fit on everyship the snowballlauncher doesnt matter what kind of ship it was. So and i want that CCP fix it that you can fly ever you want to use it!!!

I would assume it has something to do with the changes put in when Inferno was launched, i.e. missile effects. That would be my logical assumption. I dont see a reason to make this an exception to the rule really. Its a launcher, and it shares characteristics with a launcher, so it should need that type of hardpoint. I could be wrong though...
