Is that why you mine? Why the **** do we need a "scoreboard" for being bored?

Yeah. There is a dude in Iosantin with 4 or 5 Hulks or Macks depending. Out there at least 6 times a week for upwards of 20 hours at a time. Each vehicle in a separate belt. They don't move except for moving to another belt once one is done with its section. No Orca support.

Disgusting.

Reported as bot to CCP and nothing happened, but no way he is not boxing. Been going on almost a solid year now.

edit: I say disgusting because that has to be all he does ingame.....absolutely does not participate in any other aspects of EVE. Never responds on Local. nothing.

Maybe he also has two nullsec accounts and these mining accounts are used to buy plexes to pay for his PVP time

Actually if they had an enforced API for yield and session durations etc. then this would further empower players in tackling macro mining.

Honest miners would be so far down the list they would not be affected.

Of course. CCP rely on the income from macro miners too much to do something as effective as that.

Not only that, it's be the perfect system to track payouts for the honest miners.

A new loot/collection logging API field that gives an item ID and qty for each item and when they collected it.

From there it wouldn't be too hard to get someone to build an app that requests a start time and an end time and a CAK for each participating member. It would allow for exact payout numbers for all miners no matter when or where they mined and even allow for easy tracking of haulers so that they can get a cut too.

Bring back Mining Buddy!!!!!!

And then they want to have opinions about high sec nerfing ?

But that would be in line with most of their contradictory behaviors and poastings.

I wrote a program to get the number of astroids depleted out of the log files once, but never did much with it because it wasn't accurate because if you had 3 lazers on one astroid and depleted it you get 3 messages in the log files.

If CCP could add the amount mined and ore type to the log file, then we could have a mining sore board.

Heh, heh...

Mining 23/7 with rorqual and orca support using hulks, eh

wait why do you take half an hour (or more if dt is super short) to get your fleet back up and running!! lazy miner! lazy!

Assuming you're talking about you mining, not saying you do mine!, but i guess thats an open ended comment, anyone who only mines 23 hours is lazy lazy lazy and needs to log in straight after dt ends, and form up faster!
