The station itself also looks like the Nyx, larger than the ones flying around like flies and going 'pew pew pew'. And the ticker at the bottom of the screen is pretty crazy in itself.

Fair Use Act permits the use of copyright material for parody and satire under certain circumstances. This would probably be one of those circumstances. But I don't see CCP having a problem with it at all.
