Navitas as reward in Gallente career advancement missions?

I've been working my way thru the Gallente career advancement missions. I was running the "Business" ones last night. In the mission text, they described the Navitas as a mining frigate & awarded it upon quest completion. I realize it was the mining frigate but after this latest patch, it no longer is.

Are there plans to change the quest text? And/or award the Venture instead of the Navitas?

Even though CCP just took a look at these Career Agents, they still seem to be screwed up. Way too much overlap, particularly between the Business and Industry Career Agents. Mining stuff should be consolidated in the Industrial Agent, hauling and business should be consolidated under the Business Agent. In the event one of them needs the other, they should refer to the other agent (i.e. "If you are missing the minerals to produce the items from this blueprint, might I suggest either buying them from the market or visiting my colleague, X, the Industry Agent to learn about mining" or "The ore you are mining takes up a great deal of space. It may be in your best interest to visit my colleague, X< the Business Agent to learn more about contracts and hauling").

Also, can we stop getting duplicate skillbooks from agents and the Tutorial Help? One or the other please.
