Highsec, which is between 0.5 and 1.0, is not 100% safe. It will never be completely safe nor should it ever be completely safe.

I can't seem to find any killboard record of your death. So you're either an alt or you're trolling.

Hisec isn't completely safe and never supposed to be, just acknowledge it and learn how to avoid being killed. CONCORD is not there to protect you, they just will avenge you if you were aggro'ed illegaly.

And if his ship wasn't exploded by CONCORD after he killed you obviously you did something that gave him aggro rights. Did you shoot him after he stole from your wreck/can? Read about aggro mechanics, they changed just a few days ago from complete clusterpoop into something "simpler", read recent devblogs about Crimewatch 2.0, bounties, kill rights and search forums for answers because there are plenty of explanations already.

Since I hear can flipping is no longer possible.I wonder what he did to get a killright on you?

I suppose its possible that a 5 yo toon would suicide gank a 2 day old noob for Lulz even though its kinda sad.

Welcome to EVE.

Working as intended, there is no 100% safe zone other then stay docked.

Don't fly what you can't afford to loose, cause you will loose it at one point.

What do you mean can flipping is no longer possible? It is much more better than before since everybody can go after you, more clients more pew pew. And you flip cans to get fights, right? RIGHT?

Hmm sry but rightfully i dont die but abandon my ship to survive, but my lost ships are like dying for me :(
My friend A1nur was fully killed yesterday in an Miningship without any hope of surviving against some Idiot with hightierships against beginners.

And the next is how to come into someones Missionsector if not in fleet?

As for your friend he got ganked because it is Eve's kind of duck hunting sport killing miners :)

And ships can be probed with combat probes and that's how that guy found you. You should add probes to your overview settings and use d-scan every few seconds and when you see them on d-scan results you should be prepared to warp out when somebody warps in. But even when he warped in you either had to do something to give him free aggro against you or he just suicide ganked you but I find it doubtful because usually it happens so fast you have no time to abandon your ship.

You can use probes to scan down ships in a system. (http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Probing)
Mission rooms are not a closed off instance, everyone can enter.

Ahh thx for the tipp with the drones, he attackt me with drones but dont know that them are used to spy.
He also dont let me Warp or move really fast and shoot me down really slowly with his drones so my only opinion was to abandon my ship and flee in my pod and it really works.

You know that feeling when someone with an bigger ship is playing with you? An 2 days old account in and highsektor?
That sucks, if he is not good enough for some real PvP or whatever he dont has to torture beginners :(

How come he was able to kill you without getting killed by CONCORD? What did you do to give him permission to aggress? Did he steal your loot, and if so did you shoot him? Or did he jettison a can which you took from?

PROBES not drones. Like those.

Ganking newbies has nothing to do with being coward, real pvper or anything else. Eve is all about pvp and there is not such things like honorable fights and being fair. Some have some kind of code or rules but in general you are allowed to be as much aggressive and unfriendly as you like unless you break EULA or use exploits. There is no dueling system, there is no instances of dungeons, always and everywhere you can be killed.

But since he attacked you with drones you clearly did something that let him kill you slowly because CONCORD would explode him if aggression had been illegal.

You should get out of NPC corp and join some newbie friendly player corp that would help you understand what's going on and protect you or team with you on mission running. Eve is quite complex game and it is very hard for newbies to get a grasp on many basic things they need to survive without friendly and helpful group of people.

Yeah i know life and EvE are not fair :)
But its a littlebit of noobish work for some highplayer to kill new player for his **** to grow.
I dont know if i shoot him or one of his drones to make attack me without consequences.
And to join an Corporation, lol, Newbifriendly Corporation, you need only 15 mio. SP o_o if that is an Newbiefriendly Corporation i know why he kill New player, that says you dont have a chance to make it far in EvE, go back to whatever you played before.

Ugh

It's bullshit, you don't need 15mil SP to join a corp. Geezus, if you would put any effort at all you could find Eve Uni at least. It was created exactly to train newbies and they do that constantly. And there are more really newbie friendly corps, just ask around in-game or in recruitment forum. The fact that some other newbie got jaded and created a thread about some mythical 15 mil SP requirement doesn't mean all corps are total asshats.

Forum alt detected of the butt hurt guy who complains about the 15mil SP : New player friendly corps....

There are plenty of corporations that take in people no matter how many SP they have (RvB and E-Uni as prime examples).
It's the lazy people who only look at simple handed to them stuff that see the 15mil SP limit corporations, do some research first.

Also ejecting yourself from a ship in high-sec is just utterly useless.

If you get killed, you won't instantly die, you will be in your pod anyway.
Those things warp instant, those things are hard to lock with most ships. So in high-sec loosing a pod means you deserved to loose it.

EDIT:

EVE is a PvP oriented game. There are no safe places to carebear. If you undock you accept that you can be pulled into PvP anytime.

As for your fight, if he killed you over such a long period of time without concord showing up...You must have done something that gave him the right to shoot you.

You either took something from a container he dropped (hoping you would steal from him)

OR

He took something from one of your wrecks (making him a thief and thus shootable) and you shot him (which 99% of the times is stupid cause they are PvP fitted and hoping you shoot them) which gave him the right to defend himself.

BTW:

Rename your topic to...

0.5 to 1.0 IS NOT SAFE.

It is as safe as it should be, it isn't as safe as YOU want it to be. Which is something totally different.

EVE and risk free are never mentioned in 1 sentence.

If you don't like that, then EVE might not be the game for you.

As for your friend that was killed in a miner.

Did he put a tank on his miner, if not....deserved to be ganked.

Also he should know, miners will always be the first people to be targets of ganks.
Cause most miners want EVE to be a risk free environment, which won't happen.

Ok i see its my fault to think EvE is an Snadbox game but its only another PvP, Newbgriefing games :(
Sandbox = you can do whatever you want but have to life with the consequences.
But here you see there someone with 100 Mio. Bounty, there anotherone with 250 Mio. Bounty next some with 50 Mio. Bounty and they have nothing to worry about.

Sry but im an a little depressed.

Oh my gawd, you have a bright future in New Eden with that kind of whiny attitude. Sandbox means exactly what Eve is about: freedom to use knifes to cut bread but also to stab somebody if you want and can live with consequences.
