CCP have lawyers, they can be civilized enough to start with them before unleashing Guard.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

CCP Guard is judge, lawyer and executioner, all in the same compact convenient packet. Kind of like a T3 ship.

LOL. I wasn going to suggest, before looking at the picture, that perhaps it's just something that looks similar.

But no. Those are a Raven and an Armageddon. Unmistakable, and can't be argued.

Yep, and if you go to the apps page the banner at the top has a star fury from Bab5 in it. On the subject of companies stealing other peoples' ideas for gameplay - anyone ever play Elite?, CCP owe a lot to that game. It happens and I'm sure CCP's lawyers know how to deal with such things, if there's a case to answer.

Can he even reach the window to shoot out of it?

We would need a booster seat or something...

Game concepts and ideas aren't copyrighted. Artwork is, and specific terms and logos can be trademarked.

CCP isn't shy about their debt to Elite's legacy. OTOH, inspiration isn't rip-off.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

And no parallel WHATSOEVER can be drawn between CCP designs and those we've seen in pop culture (Babylon 5, for example).

lol

Actually I think this is really awesome. Even more so if it was intentionally inspired by that gun. But I doubt it was. Just a crazy coinkeydink.

But uhhh yeah, boo on the company mentioned in the OP.
