Questions about the Blood Stained Stars

1) Can the mission be run more than once? If so, how often?

2) Does it give faction standings to one of the 4 empires?

Google has given me both positive and negative answers to both questions....

1 yes, every 3 months
2 yes depending on which you pick at the end you can get a boost to the corresponding faction.

The standing info is a bit tricky to find. The best source for it though is the eve wiki epic mission arc page.

SoE nets you +7% (before skill bonuses).

Yeah. Is that +7% applied to Amarr if I choose the Amarr path? or is it an increase in standings towards the SoE?

Amarr if you choose the amarr general in the second to last mission.
