10mil SP is a bit low for what I need but not bad.

Logi 5, T2 reps all fine. However.

Doesn't have amazing capacitor skills, doesnt have T2 armor tank (not even mechanics 5). You are VERYYY far from an archon (to use it properly that is not just sit in it) so max I will offer is 3.5bil
