[Issue] Way to force launch eve in windowed mode

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way for me to launch eve and have it open in windowed mode. The reason why this is an issue is I'm attempting to access eve using my PC and a Remote Desktop app which cannot use full screen mode, thus not being at the computer I cannot change the settings after launching eve.

I attempted to add -w and -window after a shortcut launching eve.exe

Any other ideas to launch eve directly into windowed mode?

This is how I used to change it on Mac.

Run EVE Online at least once, to allow the preferences folder to be set up properly.
Edit the /Users/username/Library/Preferences/Eve Online Preferences/config file
Search for [macdrv] then look a couple lines below for the fullscreen entry which looks like: "Desktop" = "N"
Change N to a standard resolution, e.g. 1024x768

Hit ALT+Enter.
This works in about 70% of games and applications that run in full screen.

You might not have been interacting with the RDC in a way, I think sometimes for shortcuts like that you need to run RDC in fullscreen :)
