Noob mission questions - standings

Is there a guide ( I wiki searched) that says if you mission (for example) for gurista you will lose standings for X

I am trying to figure out what I want to do with factions.

I currently have lvl 4 gurista missions, and Gallente FW missions.

I have decided to switch to the syndicate and also do the serprentis sanctums.


So if I mission for syndicate what standings will get hurt?

If I kill serprentis what standings get hurt?

Also what is the name of the epic arc to help bring my syndicate standings up. Curenntly they are -5.87
