How were capture times, victory points and payout of FW plexes changed in Retribution?

I tried to find that information in the latest FW devblog, but it wasn't in there.

How long does it take to capture each type (novice, small, medium and large) of FW complex? The times used to be different for each size, is that still the case?

How high is the LP payout for each type?

And how many victory points does each type contribute to contesting the system?

Is the payout for defensive plexes based on the base value of the plex or the value modified by the current tier? And how about the LP that are taken from the enemy system upgrades? Are those 10% of the base LP value of the plex, or are they also modified by the current tier?

I'm curious if CCP introduces incentives to use larger ships, or fleets, or if smaller ships are more effective to earn LP and contest systems.

Novices pay 10k (10 min), Smalls 15k (15 min), and Mediums pay 25k (20 min) (or something like that, these numbers are based off Tier 2). They all contest systems by .7% before you take into account dust modifiers. If you are going for contesting per hour, running the smaller plexes first is what you should do, if you're going for LP per hour, the larger plexes will give you more LP per minute.

Edit: I think smalls are like 18.5k IIRC

Defensive plexing gets you min(contested %, 0.7)*Tier * baseline plex rate.

For Gallente, defensive plexing a system that is contested at 44% or above is better than offensively plexing the same system as a Caldari(this assumes Caldari are at Tier 2 which won't be for long as they have been consistently falling into Tier 1 over the last week). Defensive plexing for Gallente is a great way to afk farm and I encourage all farmers to do so. With your help we will be at Tier 5 soon (read: the gravy train will get even better).
