Avatar Titan:

Mass: 2,278,125,000 kg
Approximate Size: 13km long
Approximate Head Size: 2.6km tall

___

If an Avatar titan bumped you at full speed, 75 m/s, you would receive 6,407,200,000,015 joules (6.4 trillion joules).

If an Avatar titan bounced off an EVE sun and hit a stationary ship while going 20,000 km/s, 455,620,000,000,000,000,000,000 joules (455.6 Sextillion Joules) are released.

If an Avatar titan collided with a stationary object at light speed (299,792,458 m/s) it would release 204,740,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 joules (204.7 Septillion joules).

If an Avatar titan collided with a stationary object at full warp speed (1.5 AU/s) it would release 86,034,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 joules (86 Nonillion joules).

There goes the neighborhood. Cool

That "pass through" feature of warping was a good design choice.

Still far less energy than is released in any type of supernova or GRB. Not so bad after all. Big smile

Okay, what if TWO Avatar class Titans collide with Jesus at c^2 velocity while someone on the nose of the ship shines a flashlight straight ahead?

Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com

What would happen if Chuck Norris was to punch a Avatar...

There is no such thing as a fair fight...

If your fighting fair you have automatically put yourself at a disadvantage.

My math has it at around Ocih and 1.5 trillion ISK.

Null sec will be burning for at least a year.

I laughed at that...

That means Sir Issac Newton is the deadliest son of a b**** in space!

So we know that if a titan hit the earth at warp speed it would be an extinction level event wiping out all life down to bacteria

Extinction level event? That is a massive understatement.

The energy released is on par with a supernova explosion; say 'baibai' to the solar system.

Looks like somebody forgot to correct for relativity....

This whole discussion is pointless anyway. EVE has never had realistic physics and probably never will.

If 2 Avatars collided in EVE they would bounce off without a sound like 2 rubber duckies.

You would be pulling about 1,281.58 G's. Think about that next time your flying a tackle frig. Big smile

Humans can't even survive 9 G's for more than a few minutes.

Sad but true. Real collision physics would make freighter/mining/whatever bumping basically suicide.
