New bounty system and its purpose.

As we all know by now theirs players out there with high bountys and ask others in there corp or alliance to blow them up. Trying to exploit the bounty system for more isk into their own personal wallets,

Should this be allowed ?or should CCP make it so people who are blue with you cant just simply blow you up to keep that isk on the bounty.

yes i know how it works. i was born at night sadly it wasnt last night, i dont pew pew with this char tho i have alts for that, im just a builder toon :D

Then maybe you would like to explain in detail how they're making a profit with this?

You can only claim the bounty on 20% of the value of the ship destroyed. You can't collect the whole bounty just by blowing someone up.
