I just now upgraded my account and I paid 30 days, so I wonder how I get FREE CEREBRAL accelerator, and where he is if I get it?

Might wanna check your assets and items hangar in station.

I'm not sure if that's still available, I know it used to be included with the boxed game disk sold in retail stores. Did you acquire this game on-line or buy the game box from a retail store?

Ahhhhh, after writing out the 2 different ways to redeem items, I found the Evelopedia page explaining it. This will tell you how to redeem your free implant.

For others coming late to the party, there are/were some "technical issues" when paying by PLEX or Steam CD Key. Go check that thread for details, you should be able to petition for the reward if you didn't receive it upon activating your account.
