Ello!

Recently I had my PC crash on me. Ths has forced me to run EVE on my MacBook Pro.

Since the switch over to the Mac client I have been unable to both access my PI as well as anchor structures inside my POS. Which is turning into an issue since its a new POS, with nothing inside it because I can't anchor anything.

What happens specifically, is that when I attempt to anchor a structure the directional arrows appear to position the structure but when I attempt to drag the structure to anchor nothing happens and my camera moves as if there was nothing in space. Also when I right click to just anchor the structure where it is I yet again find that it thinks there is nothing there and it gives me the menu options as if I clicked Into open space rather than on a structure to be anchored.


Similar events occur when I attempt to access my PI. When I bring up the planet view and attempt to access any of my structures it acts as if there is nothing there and refuses to allow me access. When I click any structure it simply resets the camera over the network as if I just clicked into dead space.

I have never had this issue until I moved over to my Mac client. So I would like to know is this something hat I'm doing wrong? Or what?

im having the same problem on the mac im using now as well. im visiting a friend in mexico for a few months, so using another computer is out of the question.

it sucks too cuz i have a large tower with only 2 labs running. what a waste!

i sent in a petition but havent heard back yet. someone please help!!

What OS are you using? I had problems very much like this on 10.5. When I upgraded to 10.6, they were fixed.

PI is bugged.
Rocket fuel for a month on 3 planets went to a black hole.

We will see if their records ended up there too.

PI products are disappearing if I drag them into a customs office on my end too. relogging everytime is getting tiresome

I haven't tried relogging. If that works as a work around, good.

Docking and undocking also works, I've found. Also, if you have something already in the place you're trying to transfer to it'll show up normally. It's only when the destination is empty that it won't show up.
